Knotted Baby Beanies

Our knotted baby beanies are made with 65% polyester and 35% cotton to provide just the right mix of fit and softness for your little one. This material makeup also lends to excellent print quality and a durable knotted beanie for your baby.

Size:

We offer two sizes for our knotted beanies. Newborn and 0-6M. Please be aware that newborn hats truly are for newborns and 0-6M are for up to 6M. Older babies and (adorable yet) bigger heads likely will NOT fit. The 0-6M size fits head sizes up to approximately 16” in circumference.

Colors:

Depending on the size, we offer the following colors of personalized knotted beanies:

Knotted Beanie Care:

To properly care for your knotted beanie machine wash with cold water on a delicate cycle. To dry, tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do NOT use harsh detergents, fabric softener, or bleach. Do NOT iron.

Processing & Shipping Time

With the exception of large orders, which we assume you don't need unless you're buying for an entire neighborhood all at once, we print your personalized baby beanie in 1-3 business days.

Thus, how fast you get your beanie depends on what shipping option you choose during checkout! There are three shipping speeds to choose from during the checkout process. With Priority Mail Express shipping, including printing time, you can have it in as little as 3-4 business days. If you need your knotted beanie fast, please let us know what date you need it by and we’ll let you know how to get it to you.

We use USPS to ship all orders. All orders ship from Salt Lake City, Utah. Rates are calculated by Etsy at checkout based on the address in your Etsy account. Available shipping speeds are outlined below:

Printing Process:

All of our knotted beanies are printed with love on a world-class direct-to-garment printer that offers a far better print quality than vinyl heat transfer. The eco-friendly inks used are kid and pet safe and have been rated with the highest rating for the number of times they can be rewashed before fading occurs. Post-printing we cure the ink with a commercial quality heat press to ensure your printed beanie does not crack. We are 100% confident you’ll love the gorgeous and long-lasting baby beanie that you will get. Please note, white ink in any design on any knotted beanie with the exception of black does not print. Rather, any white elements in the design will use the background color of the knotted beanie. White will print on black knotted beanies.

Gift Wrap / Gifts / Invoice-less Orders

If you’re buying your knotted beanie as a gift please check the “This order is a gift” checkbox on the Cart page during checkout. This will ensure that no prices will be shown on any of the package contents. You can also add any other notes to the order when checking this box. To have your beanie shipped in a gift box, please check the "Add gift wrapping for $5.00" checkbox on the cart page. This is visible after clicking the "This order is a gift" checkbox.

What is your refunds and return policy?

Anytime it is our mistake - printing or shipping - we will of course make sure you are either refunded or sent a replacement beanie at no charge to you.

In cases where it is not our fault, there is some difficulty due to the nature of custom products. Nonetheless, we're moms just like you. If you aren't 100% happy with your knotted beanie contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. We want you to be happy and will do everything we can to make it happen!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you absolutely need to cancel your order please do so before it ships. Per the previous question, custom orders present some challenges when it comes to cancellations as we print these on-demand and do not hold inventory that can be re-sold, especially when we’ve fulfilled it correctly. Nonetheless, contact us and we will do our best to make it right and ensure you are happy!

What happens with a wrong address?

Because we use calculated shipping as offered by Etsy this means that the shipping address is filled out automatically through Etsy based on the information you enter at checkout or have on file. Because of this, we are not responsible for any information that is entered incorrectly.
